ARTWORK DETAILS

Please list title, medium, year, dimension, value (ZAR) of every art piece you want to supmit.

Liability Waiver and Indemnity

I confirm that I am submitting all artworks for DE RUST – Creative Exhibition entirely at my own risk. I understand and agree that:

  1. DE RUST – Hideaway and the organizers accept no liability for loss, theft, fire, damage, or any other harm to the submitted artworks.

  2. The organizers do not provide or maintain insurance for the artworks.

  3. I, as the artist/owner, am solely responsible for the safe transport, condition, and insurance of my artworks.

  4. I release the organizers from any claims arising from the exhibition, transport, or storage of my artworks.

  5. I confirm that I am the rightful owner of the submitted artworks and authorized to exhibit them.

  6. I agree to collect any unsold artworks within 5 days of the exhibition closing.

Permission to Publish

I grant the organizers permission to use photographs or videos of my artwork for promotion, social media, website, and archival purposes, free of charge. I agree that my submitted information and images may be published on the platform. By checking the box and submitting this form, I agree to these terms and conditions.
